Product Notices

Xpress is a SAVA Lab platform for cryptocurrency businesses in Nigeria. Xpress delivers active, transacting customers. The number, the period, and what counts as an active customer are stated in the Platform Activation Agreement, and SAVA is measured on that number. Delivery depends on the client meeting its own obligations under that agreement.

OJA is a SAVA Lab platform for e-commerce businesses in Nigeria. OJA delivers buyers that place orders. The number, the period, and what counts as an order are stated in the Platform Activation Agreement, and SAVA is measured on that number. Delivery depends on the client meeting its own obligations under that agreement.

Appstar is a SAVA Lab platform that works on app store listings and rankings for mobile apps in Nigeria on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Ranking position is decided by Apple and Google. Appstar commits to the work stated in the Service Agreement, and that agreement states what is delivered.

SAVAI is a SAVA Lab platform that audits businesses in Nigeria and uncovers what is breaking their growth. SAVAI delivers the audit and the plan. Decisions taken on the findings belong to the business.

All SAVA Lab platforms are governed by a signed agreement. Xpress and OJA are governed by a Platform Activation Agreement. Appstar is governed by a Service Agreement. SAVAI is used inside a SAVA Lab engagement, and the Business Review Agreement governs the audit it produces. Those agreements state what SAVA commits to deliver. Where this page conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

Delivery on every platform also depends on the third-party platforms described in Section 5.

SAVA is not responsible for the conduct, accuracy, performance, pricing, availability, or compliance of those platforms or providers.

Use of third-party platforms is subject to those providers' separate terms and conditions. Where a third-party platform changes its rules, suspends an account, or restricts a category, delivery may be delayed or prevented for as long as that decision stands.
